Believe this is the moment you wish google gives you the opportunity to give 10 starts!!! From the beginning to the end they try you as a VIP not as number!!! I can compare because a year ago I had liposuction done in Miami, is when I realized over there (Miami is like a factory). In dr Michael Diaz surgery all nurses are amazing(from the one is with you pre and post procedure, all re evaluation consult) (the one is with you in the surgical procedure) (the one comes to your home to check on you) (the coordinator is great too all your answers, will be answered) Wendy the receptionist always finds a accommodation for you, and what can I say about Dr Diaz, hands 🙌 he is great, professional, he knows what he is doing, he is going to tell you what is good for you, here doesn’t matter the money he will let you know what is the best for you!!! I did a tummy tuck procedure (he removed an hernia too) so far so good, I will post pictures when I recover from it. But please don’t go to Miami if you can do it here, I know maybe just a little more expensive but is your body you want to be happy, believe me, it's worth it and they are really really professionals
I highly recommend Dr Diaz if you’re considering plastic surgery. He is incredibly detail-oriented, kind, gentle, honest, and highly-skilled at his craft. He genuinely cares about you and getting you the best results. I am so impressed by my amazing results. His staff is amazing as well! Maja Caraballo, the receptionist, is friendly and helpful and his MA, Wendy Capotosto is very thorough and patient as she goes through your history and paperwork with you. Pam Calvacante, the coordinator for the office, was very efficient and responsive to my questions. I cannot express how satisfied I am with my results and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen.

This man has changed my life. I wish that i had done the surgery years ago. His care for his patients to reach the best results is outstanding. His professionalism and bedside manner speaks for his amazing work. Amazing Experience and Results Dr Diaz completed a breast lift 4 weeks ago ---- Thrilled with the results and the care I received. Dr Diaz is very detailed, explained the surgery, recovery process to ensure I was had all the information to make a decision. He was available to me 24/7 after surgery - with a direct line. The surgical staff, and office staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I will be back for future tweaks.

Notable experience mentions; throughly educates the patient and caregiver throughout the process, hands on after care, top of the line OR, methodical surgical technique, very in-tuned to any emotional support needed, and all of the staff are consistent in offering the same level of professionalism and care. My experience with Dr Diaz and his staff was outstanding!! From the consultation to the last visit. Dr Diaz is very professional and compassionate. He totally took his time with any questions I had. Never felt rushed. His staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had a Tummy Tuck, Lipo and Muscle Repair. He even made my husband feel welcome and comfortable.

Dr. Michael Diaz is the BEST plastic surgeon I have ever been to! Starting from his office staff, Megan, Wendy, Pam, Maja, Amy L, Amy B and Ruth are the most compassionate, genuine people I have ever met. When you walk into Dr. Diaz’s office you have their complete attention. Every person I mentioned above is fully trained in their profession. They all work harmoniously with each other and you to make your visit with them special!
I had bilateral breast augmentation in February 2024 and I am beyond thankful to Dr. Diaz, Wendy, Pam, Maya, the anesthesiologist and the whole OR team. My patient care experience throughout the consultation, office visits, surgery and post op visits were phenomenal especially because I did not feel any pain after my surgery. I recommend everyone to go to Dr. Diaz. He is very patient and very caring. I was very nervous because I have never done plastic surgery before but Dr. Diaz answered all my questions and made me feel relax and calmed all my fears. Dr. Diaz enhanced my appearance and I love my outcome and honestly I couldn't be happier. I feel confident and beautiful. They are very professional and I can not express enough gratitude.
