Dr. Diaz and his staff are wonderful, caring experts in their field. I flew in to Melbourne from Brooklyn, NY for a breast lift and augmentation. I had initially heard great things about Dr. Diaz from online forums, and had had a couple of phone interviews that really impressed me. The staff was professional, but still friendly and approachable, and they spoke with me as though I could be a person with a brain! (Sadly and weirdly, many doctors in this profession lack that skill.) My initial impression proved true for the whole experience. I was treated so well by everyone in the office! Dr. Diaz spent three hours with me in our initial consultation, and I felt like I really understood and agreed with the treatment(surgical) strategy. He visited me in at my hotel the afternoon of the surgery, and saw me every day for a follow-up for a week following. Every time I went in for a follow-up, I was treated very courteously, and usually seen immediately. The staff took tons of time with me, and chatted with me about area attractions and restaurants - really made me feel like they saw me as a human being and not just a surgical patient! Freddy Velasquez, the primary nurse involved with my care, was very knowledgable and friendly - I felt safe with him. Toni Reed helped to coordinate my visit, and is such a warm and gracious person - I loved just being around her! In short, this was pretty much the best medical experience of my life and I would recommend this practice without reservation!

"Forever patient" The time taken by Dr Diaz and his staff can not be explained in few words. After a consultation with two other plastic surgeons, I knew I was at home with Dr Diaz and his office after the initial visit. Whether it Toni's Aid with the consultation and financial matters, or Freddy's attention to detail and kind heartedness, or the overwhelming feel of warmth and hospitality from the office staff (especially Megan), you are sure to feel welcome. There was not a single question that I asked that made me feel less intelligent in any way by Dr. Diaz's answers. I haven't even begun to speak about my results. In order to keep this short and not write a novel I will leave you with this, I expected to look "better" than I did before the surgery when I came out of the operating room. I had already received amazing care, kind-heartedness, and wonderful options explained to me. What I did not expect was to look better than "better," I look AMAZING! And I don't think that that would have been accomplished anywhere else. My self-esteem is soaring, and Dr. Díaz has found a forever patient in me. I would refer any of my friends and family...coworkers...even people I just met. ..to Diaz Plastic Surgery a thousand times over! You won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Diaz and his staff. They are absolutely incredible to work with. My first experience with Dr. Diaz' office was when I was trying to set up my consultation through Toni. She and I were playing phone tag. My last call to her was close to 5pm, so I expected a call back the following business day. Toni called me at 7pm that night when she had finished with her last client and we set up my consultation. I had already met with three other plastic surgeons, but none of them had really felt right. It was like I was getting a piece of the puzzle from each of them, instead of the full picture. Dr. Diaz takes the time to explain everything to you and absolutely wants what is best for you. Not only does Dr. Diaz take the time to explain things, but he listens to your concerns and makes sure that he understands what outcome you are wanting. When I left Dr. Diaz' office after the consultation, I knew that I had found the perfect doctor. Dr. Diaz and his staff take care of you from pre-op and well after the surgery. Dr. Diaz called me the night before my surgery to check on me and then he and Freddy called post-op. I know without a doubt that had I had my surgery performed by any of the other three doctors that I saw, I would not have been happy with the outcome. I could not be happier with the results from Dr. Diaz.
