In these uncertain times, Diaz Plastic Surgery Specialists would like to assure our patients that we are here for you and will remain available to answer questions and concerns. For the convenience and safety of our patients, we are offering remote virtual consultations. Existing patients may wish to take advantage of the convenience of being remotely evaluated wherever possible or appropriate. You can also call Dr. Diaz by phone with any questions or concerns.
We take your safety and comfort seriously. Cleanliness and sanitation has always been part of our culture, and even more so now. We are following recommendations put forth by our professional societies The Aesthetic Society and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as the CDC. Appropriate protection equipment will be used where required. We sanitize our exam rooms with medical grade sanitizing wipes and solution between patients. Patients will be brought directly into the exam room once it is sanitized and available. We will also greet you with a friendly wave, “sensei bow”, or by saying “Namaste”.
Our exclusive and private operating facility Riverview Surgery Center is taking additional precautions to help ensure your safety. In order to maintain social distancing, only one patient will be cared for at a time. Our team will wear appropriate protective equipment. The operating room will be terminally sanitized in between procedures. Our board certified physician anesthesiologist will also discuss your care with you prior to your procedure.
We screen visitors prior to arrival for symptoms related to COVID 19 infection and risk exposure. Those who have symptoms or high risk exposure will be asked to refrain from entering our building and may be directed to their primary care doctor or emergency room for further evaluation and testing.
This too shall pass, and when it does we will remain a stronger, more cohesive community for it.
