Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 4

This patient is a 46 year old woman and mother of two children. She wanted to have breast augmentation in Orlando or near the surrounding area and located me while she was researching for plastic surgery in Melbourne, Florida.  Her professional image is very important to her and having her surgery performed by a board-certified breast specialist gave her the added confidence of the result she could come to expect.

During her consultation, I evaluated her and performed a personal medical history. The patient was in relatively good physical condition and would benefit from breast augmentation surgery to address droopiness, loss of volume and upper fullness, all natural outcomes after child birth. We discussed a personalized detail treatment plan that would address her concerns and give her the desired result. She was a B cup size and wanted to be a full C cup size. She also desire her nipple elevated and reduced in size.She decided to have silicone gel implants with high profile projection. I performed her surgery using 325 cc high profile silicone gel implants with a circumareolar ("donut") breast lift.   Her recovery process uneventful and she soon returned to work. She loves her new look with increased volume, upper pole fullness, and smaller higher areolas.  She is very happy with her results.
