Knowing my hectic schedule and how "up tight" I was getting,a friend gave me a gift certificate to have a facial with Amy Burton at Dr. Diaz's office. I was finally able to make an appointment- my scheduling problem, not hers. WOW! The knowledge of products,procedures and techniques that Amy used were amazing. Not only does my skin look great,my body and mind are rejuvenated by all the relaxation. I definitely have another appointment made.

Dr. Michael Diaz and his staff to include the ladies at the receptionist area and Toni are the most professional and kind individuals I have ever known. Dr. Diaz is a very honest and knowledgeable plastic surgeon. The first time I met him I knew that I was in good hands and that I was going to be safe. He answered every one of my questions and addressed every one of my concerns. The day of my procedure I was not nervous at all, I knew everything was going to be ok. As for Freddy Velasquez, RN all I can say is that he is simply amazing. He makes you feel very comfortable, will answer all your questions and he always has a smile, he and Dr. Diaz make a great team! I highly recommend Dr. Michael Diaz, you will not be disappointed. I’m so glad that I didn’t have to go to Miami or Orlando to have my procedure done, because we have the BEST right here in Melbourne, Fl.
I'd like to thank everyone at Diaz Plastic Surgery. I'm now 7 weeks post op breast augmentation and love my results. I knew from my first visit this was the right place and surgeon for me. Tony was great discussing my financial options prior to surgery.I'm always greeted with such warmness and kindness by Coral at the front desk. She's always smiling and so helpful. Then there is Freddy, Dr diazs nurse. He's absolutely the best. He always takes time to hear my concerns. He really helped calm my nerves pre surgery. And if you ever want to get Botox or fillers, go see Natalie. She's great and takes her time with you so you're at ease. They have a super nice office manager in there now who also greets you as you come in. They are all so professional and caring. Love love my results. Thank you to Dr Diaz and his fabulous staff.
