Dr. Diaz and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Diaz is a very professional, compassionate and highly skilled surgeon. I felt very safe in his care. Truly! The day of my surgery I was more nervous about getting an IV than the procedure Dr. Diaz was performing. He is an expert and I knew from our very first consultation that he was being genuine with me. There was never any pressure to have a procedure or try to upsell me on anything! Dr. Diaz is an amazing doctor who seems to do it all! He was there for my consultation, follow up consultation, surgery, the day after my surgery to see how I was doing, the weekend via cell phone, and the next week for check ups! He even offers his personal cell phone for after hours and weekend emergencies. I had a question after hours and he really does answer and help immediately!! He has earned quite a few awards from the community, which are displayed in his waiting area. I'm sure he and his staff deserve every single one of them! Dr. Diaz has assembled a "dream team" staff! Freddy, the head nurse, is energetic, knowledgeable and supportive! He really did not mind answering my questions, even when I called three times in one day. Coral, at the front desk is always welcoming and happy to answer my many, many calls to the office. Dr. Thesson, the anesthesiologist, took into consideration my hesitations and made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Stacey Jayne, the operating room nurse, who I met the morning of my surgery is a real sweetheart. She tried to lighten the mood, when I was obviously nervous about getting an IV. I felt that I had a friend in the operating room with me even though I had only met her a short while before. She was such a great support. Stacey Jayne deserves a gold star!!! If you are considering a procedure, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Diaz for a consultation!
Wonderful Dr. Diaz and his staff! He and Natalie are warm and kind, (adore Natalie) as is his front desk professionals. Absolutely Love Doctor Diaz and his staff. I am more than thrilled with my personal results. He implements some of the latest and greatest technologies and techniques to ensure the best possible result. Special thanks to Surgical Nurse Freddy and all the care he provided to me personally; both of these gentlemen and the entire female team are delightful to work with. I personally have deemed that dynamic duo the kings of Tummy Tuck and would love to thank them both for my beautiful belly button and phenomenal Mommy Make Over. I did tons of research before I found Dr Michael Diaz and now that I'm almost 4 months post op I know that I could not have made a better decision. First of all Dr Diaz is a master at his craft. I was told by several people that he is a perfectionist and that became clear to me in a good way. He spent hours making sure our goals and expectations were in line. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. I am incredibly happy with my results. I wish I could thank everyone single staff member at the practice. The girls at the front desk made me feel like the only patient every time I walked through the door. They called me by name and always showed genuine interest and concern. Freddie is incredible at what he does as well. In the difficult days following my procedure both he and Dr. Diaz made sure I had every thing I needed to make my recovery as safe and comfortable as possible. I had (and used) both of their cell phone numbers. They personally called to check on me. I dont know anyone who does this. Dr Diaz even called the night before my surgery to make i was ready and ease my concerns. Dr. Archer even made a trip to my house when I needed her help. The anesthesiologist made me feel extra special before my procedure by giving me a bracelet from his recent Mexico trip right before I went into surgery. He also took my parents cell numbers and kept them updated through text throughout the entire procedure. These little personal touches are what make this practice stand out. It's pretty special to have the rare combination of clinical expertise, attentive and genuine staff, and just all around good people all in one place. If you are looking for results you will be happy with and an experience that will leave you grateful, look no further.
